Joseph: Potential clients want to know how long Match Guaranty has been in the marriage  agency business? Match Guaranty was formed in 2017. Keep in mind, though, that our  predecessor, Olga Dating, was in business 16 years before that.  

At the heart of Olga Dating is Tatiana, who is my partner and our head matchmaker. So,  altogether, it’s 20 years and well over 500 marriages.

Can I get married in Ukraine? And if so, what documents do I need? 

Anna: Yes, guys, you can easily get married in Ukraine. In many cities in Ukraine, you can  get your marriage registered in just one day! 

Joseph: Yes! So fast. We actually did an interview at a place in Sumy where you get married  in one day and the documents are easy peasy as well. You just need your passport, although  it needs to be translated and notarized. in Ukraine. You will also need a notarized or original  copy of your divorce decree if you were divorced in the past. 

Anna: If I have a child, if she will be okay with this, especially if you have one or two  children. There are a lot of single moms in Ukraine who are in the same situation as you. So, they’re very understanding. I found Ukrainian mothers to be very loving, very caring, and  very understanding. They are amazing mothers. 

Joseph: Let me give you a more extreme example. Michael had four children. It was  difficult, but he found a lady who was okay with four children and they are happily married.  There was another guy with five children who eventually found and married a lady who  could accept five children

Do your ladies look the same in real life as they looked in their profile pictures?  

Joseph: Actually, you can find the answer to this question in a lot of the reviews of our past  clients. Most of them said that our ladies look much better in real life. When a lady joins us  and only has professional photos, we ask her to do some selfies or photos from her normal  life so that men have a realistic picture. We don’t want to have only professionally-done  photos. We want you to see how she looks in real life.

Joseph: We’ve had guys ask, “I clicked on this link that said ‘chat with a woman’ and I  registered on your site. How do I now chat with a woman? I don’t see how to do it on the  website.” 

I apologize for any confusion. Let me explain how this works.  

First, you need to know that any time you can quickly and easily talk with a lady or have a  video call simply by pressing a button, it’s a scam. 100%. Serious ladies have busy lives and  are not interested in talking with a strange man at a moment’s notice. We are different. Ours  is a process. When you register, you’ve started the process that leads to you being able to  Skype with a lady for free. You will even have a translator on the line. It’s an introductory  call lasting up to an hour it’s completely free. But, here’s the process. First, you need to have  your free matchmaker consultation. You will go to an online calendar, or perhaps you have already done this, to set up a day and time to have your free matchmaker consultation. We  will do our best to answer your questions and the matchmaker can better understand what 

you’re looking for. She will give you her honest assessment of whether or not she thinks you  can be successful with our ladies. After that free consultant, if we’re both on the same page  and the matchmaker feels you can be successful, we move ahead and you can book a Skype  video introductory call with the lady of your choice.

Anna: How do I know if she’s just hunting for a green card or if she’s a gold digger? 

Joseph: Oh my God. Our worst nightmare. It’s a great question and you should be fearful  and weary of this. The best answer is that everybody shows their true colors over time. So, if  you’re really smart, you take your time. You don’t rush it. Get to know her and fall in love  with her. Wait for her to fall in love with you. Don’t rush it. 

Anna: You need to understand that it is not normal if a Ukrainian lady pushes you to get  married as soon as possible and get to America. It’s something that’s a huge red flag. When  the Soviet Union crashed and fell apart, the economic situation in Ukraine was very bad.  Many Ukrainian ladies were desperate to leave Ukraine and find a better life abroad,  especially in Western countries. But, things have changed. Now women can have a good life  in Ukraine, or in other European countries. Now, Ukrainian are not very interested in finding  a better place to live and more focused on finding a good man to marry. 

Joseph: Yeah. In fact, the situation has reversed. Most Ukrainians don’t want to leave  Ukraine because it’s a pretty darn good life there, even with the war. Those who didn’t leave  after the war started remained because of family or their job; those who left have made a  good life for themselves in a European country.

What about professional Ukrainian ladies, such as doctors, lawyers, and engineers? Can they  work with their Ukraine university degree in the West?  

Joseph: Unfortunately, this is a tough one, guys. She’s going to have to start over pretty  much from scratch as a doctor, as a lawyer, or as an engineer. She might get one semester of  credits, the rest she’s going to have to redo. This is a real challenge if you’re going to marry a  professional woman from Ukraine because she’s used to being respected for her profession  and skills. She has a high pedigree and is high in the social pecking order. Then, she will go  to America and suddenly be nothing. This is a challenge, and you need to be aware of it upfront. You will need to help her find a purpose, a passion, or something new in America.

Anna: Are all the ladies from your database ready to move abroad?

Joseph: Yes, technically speaking. That’s one of the important onboarding questions when they register with us. They have to answer “yes” to that question or we don’t register them.

Anna: But it doesn’t mean they will move with any man. They need to fall in love with a man. It should be right man who earns their complete trust. So, you must build up a strong
relationship with her, strong enough that she will give up everything she has in Ukraine and go with you. So, she will follow her man to create a family in a new country.

Joseph: I wasn’t going to give you this tip, but this is one of our stealth onboarding trick questions. I’m just going to give you this tip. When Tatiana asks a lady that question she is always face to face with her or on a Skype video call, watching her facial and her body language. How she answers this question tells Tatiana everything about her intentions. For example, let’s look at two ways a girl could answer this question. One is: Yes, absolutely, no problem. Another is: if I trust him and if I love him. With qualifying answers.

So, which lady do you think is being honest, and which one may not be? The one that answers quickly shows some kind of hidden motivation, and we don’t know what it is. So, we would reject her. We would not accept her into our database. That’s why we use psychology-based questions in our onboarding process to build our marriage database in Ukraine. It is absolutely critical.

Joseph: “How many marriages does Match Guarantee have?” This is a great question because, at the end of the day, that is what counts. That is where the rubber meets the road. 

Our agency was known as Olga Dating for 16 years before Match Guaranty. As Olga Dating  and Match Guaranty, we’ve helped to bring together over 500 couples. Please understand that it’s really hard to come up with an exact figure because not everyone tells us they ended  up getting married. 

I asked my partner, Tatiana, to take a lie detector test to actually support that number. She  passed with flying colors.

Are Ukrainian ladies religious? And why is it not mentioned on their profiles? 

Joseph: Well, actually it does state it on the profile. Guys, 96 percent of Ukrainians are  Orthodox Christians. And then about 4 percent are Protestant. And if you’re asking how  many are Muslim, it is almost zero. Hardly any.  

Now, if you happen to be a born-again Christian, you need to understand there are very, very  few actual born-again Christians in Ukraine, that is Protestant born-agains. If that’s what  you’re looking for, your best bet is to go to a Protestant church and hope to meet a lady there.  If you want to find a born-again in our database, it’s very, very unlikely. 

As to how religious Ukrainian people are, I find it’s more of a country of faith than in North  America. More God-fearing people live by the book compared to North America. But, you  have to come and just meet one lady at a time and understand her faith and beliefs. 

Anna: Yes, but there is more than customs or visiting church. Not everybody knows or  follows all the rules. It is about people trying to live a godly life in their hearts and in their  actions, as well as their beliefs and values. It is reflected in their life and actions.

Anna: How can I tell if the lady I’m talking to online is a scammer or not? 

Joseph: Great question; complicated answer. Let me distill it down, making it super simple  and crystal clear, so you know with a 99%+ probability every time.  

Basically, if you’re paying for chatting, video, or letters – if it’s pay per letter (PPL) – then you’re being scammed. The golden rule is: never, ever, ever send money to a woman that you  met online that you haven’t met in real life. And never, never break that golden rule. And the  other second golden rule is you’ve got to just come to Ukraine. The whole online thing is just  a complete sham and scam. It’s a ruse from beginning to end. So, you’ve got to come to  Ukraine and meet women in real life. Whether it’s street pickup or using the help of an  agency, just come. Your budget is much better spent doing that.
